General

What is Men's Health Clinics?

We are a private men's sexual wellness clinic in Sandton. We offer natural, personalised support for erectile dysfunction, weak erections, premature ejaculation, low libido, penis enlargement and sexual health counselling, in person or remotely across South Africa.

Who will I see? Are your practitioners doctors?

Our practitioners are qualified naturopaths, not medical doctors. They focus on natural remedies, lifestyle, sleep, stress and nutrition. If your symptoms could point to an underlying medical condition, we may also recommend that you see your GP.

Is my consultation confidential?

Yes. Your consultation, your records and any messages with our team are handled in strict confidence. See our privacy policy for how we look after your information.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online, call us on +27 10 205 9855 or WhatsApp us on +27 81 823 1313. Bookings are open 24/7.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No referral is needed. You can contact us directly to arrange a consultation.

What happens during the first consultation?

It is a private, unhurried conversation about your symptoms, health history, lifestyle and goals. Your naturopath then explains your options and agrees a natural, personalised plan with you.

Can I consult remotely?

Yes. If you can't visit our Sandton clinic, you can consult with us by video or phone from anywhere in South Africa.

Where is your clinic?

Our clinic is at 199 Vanessa Street, Buccleuch, Sandton, Gauteng, 2090. See our contact page for a map and directions.

What are your hours?

Bookings and support are available 24/7. Appointment times depend on availability, and same-day appointments are often possible.

Can I keep taking my current medication?

Please tell your naturopath about any medication or supplements you use. Don't stop or change prescribed medication without speaking to the doctor who prescribed it.

Can my partner join the consultation?

Yes, if you would like them to. Some concerns are easier to talk through together.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Everyone responds differently, and results depend on the cause and how closely the plan is followed. We will always be honest with you about realistic expectations.

Erectile Dysfunction

About this treatment
What is erectile dysfunction?

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is ongoing difficulty getting or keeping an erection firm enough for sex. An occasional problem is normal; it becomes ED when it happens regularly.

What causes erectile dysfunction?

ED often has more than one cause. Common factors include reduced blood flow, high blood pressure, diabetes, hormone changes, stress, anxiety, poor sleep, smoking and alcohol.

Is erectile dysfunction common?

Yes. It is one of the most common concerns men face, and it becomes more common with age. You are not alone, and support is available.

Is ED physical or psychological?

It can be either, or both. Physical factors such as circulation often combine with stress or performance anxiety, which is why we look at the whole picture.

Can erectile dysfunction be a sign of other health problems?

Sometimes. ED can be linked to heart health, blood pressure or blood sugar, so we may suggest a check-up with your GP alongside your natural plan.

Can ED be treated naturally?

Many men prefer a natural approach. Our naturopaths combine natural remedies with lifestyle, sleep and stress guidance, tailored to what is contributing in your case.

Weak Erections

About this treatment
What causes weak erections?

Common contributors include reduced blood flow, lower testosterone, stress, poor sleep, smoking, alcohol, and conditions such as high blood pressure or diabetes. Often it is a combination.

Is a weak erection the same as erectile dysfunction?

Not quite. With weak erections you still get erections, but they are less firm or reliable. Weak erections can be an early sign of ED.

Will weak erections get worse without treatment?

They can, particularly if the underlying causes are not addressed. Looking at it early gives you the best chance of improvement.

Can weak erections be treated without Viagra?

Many men prefer a natural approach. Our naturopaths combine natural remedies with lifestyle guidance, tailored to you.

Premature Ejaculation

About this treatment
What is premature ejaculation?

Premature ejaculation (PE) is when ejaculation happens sooner than you would like, often with little control, and it causes frustration or distress for you or your partner.

What is the most effective treatment for PE?

It depends on the cause. Many men benefit from a combination of natural remedies, control techniques and support with anxiety or stress.

Can premature ejaculation be cured?

Many men see real improvement in control and confidence with the right approach. Results vary from person to person.

Does stress cause premature ejaculation?

Stress and performance anxiety are common contributors and can create a cycle. Addressing them is often part of the plan.

Will I need counselling for PE?

Not necessarily. If anxiety or relationship factors are involved, we may suggest our sexual health counselling as part of your support.

What causes low libido in men?

Common contributors include low testosterone, stress, poor sleep, thyroid issues, nutrition, low mood and relationship factors. Often several play a part together.

Is low libido normal with age?

Desire can change with age, but a noticeable drop is not something you simply have to accept. It is worth looking at the underlying causes.

How is low libido different from erectile dysfunction?

Low libido is about reduced desire for sex. ED is about difficulty getting or keeping an erection. They can occur together, but they are different concerns.

How long does treatment take?

It varies from man to man, depending on what is contributing. We review your progress with you and adjust the plan as needed.

Penis Enlargement

About this treatment
Who is a good candidate?

Adult men who want a natural, non-surgical option and have realistic expectations. If size concerns are mainly about confidence, we may also suggest counselling support.

Are the results permanent?

Results vary between men and depend on following the plan consistently. We will be honest with you about what to expect before you start.

Is it painful or dangerous?

Our approach is natural and non-surgical, with no injections. Your naturopath will explain how to follow the plan safely.

How much can I realistically expect?

Everyone is different, so we do not promise a specific result. Many men who worry about size are already within the normal range.

Sexual Health Counselling

About this treatment
What is sexual health counselling for men?

It is a confidential space to talk about concerns such as performance anxiety, confidence, communication or desire, with practical guidance and support.

Can counselling help with performance anxiety?

Yes. Understanding and managing anxiety is often a key part of improving performance and enjoyment, and it can complement natural treatment.

Are sessions available online or by phone?

Yes. You can choose an in-person session at our Sandton clinic, or connect remotely by video or phone.

What if I need more specialised help?

Where specialised psychological care is needed, we will refer you to a registered psychologist.

No questions match your search. Try another word, or contact us and we'll help.
