What happens at my first consultation?

Your first consultation is a thorough, confidential conversation about your health history, symptoms and goals. There are no awkward physical examinations. A personalised natural treatment plan is then designed specifically for you.

Are same-day appointments available?

Same-day appointments are often available. WhatsApp us on +27 81 823 1313 or call +27 10 205 9855 for the quickest scheduling. Remote telephonic consultations can often start on the same day as your enquiry.

How long does the first consultation take?

Usually 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your concerns and how many questions you have. We never rush a consultation.

Is there a consultation fee?

Consultations are R2,500, and we'll confirm everything that's included before you book.

Can my partner attend the consultation?

Yes. Partners are welcome if you'd like them there. Some men find it helpful, others prefer the privacy of a solo consultation. Both are fully supported.

Can I book a remote consultation if I'm not in Johannesburg?

Yes. Remote consultations are available across all nine provinces. After your telephonic consultation, your personalised natural treatment plan is delivered to your address in discreet packaging, with no clinic branding on the outside.
